When you purchase a subscription on-line through www.mitblad.dk, your subscription contract will be fulfilled by Story House Egmont A/S, a company registered in Denmark under VAT no. DK83121128.
When you place an order on-line, you will receive a confirmation email as proof of purchase. You may also check your subscription status, view, and print out all receipts if you log in to your personal profile page through www.mitblad.dk.
Your Subscription
For print magazine subscriptions, magazines are posted to you no later than the publishing date. For digital magazine subscriptions, your access commences no later than the publishing date.
Unless otherwise noted, magazine subscriptions are rolling, i.e. the subscription continues at current list rates after the conclusion of the introductory period and until you decide to cancel it.

You must be 18 years old in order to buy a subscription. If you are under 18, you must have consent from your parents/legal guardian.
Conditions for the Purchase and/or Use of Digital Magazines
Access to digital magazines is obtained as either an add-on to your subscription to a print magazine (when offered), or exclusively as a digital magazine subscription.
In order to be able to read digital magazines you must have speedy internet access, an e-mail address, and access to a tablet or smartphone running either iOS or Android. Your operating system must be no older than one year.
The use of digital magazines is limited exclusively to private users. The use of digital magazines in commercial premises and for public displays is strictly prohibited.
A digital magazine subscription allows the temporary storage of content on subscribers’ various electronic devices, which may also be accessed offline. You are entitled to access content for the duration of your subscription. The access to content by other means than those provided for by the subscription is strictly prohibited. Content may not be copied and/or rendered accessible by any other means.
Payment
If you choose to pay your subscription by Dankort or credit card, you consent to Story House Egmont A/S automatically charging your Dankort or credit card every time the subscription is renewed. It is your sole responsibility to update your personal payment information, if your Dankort or credit card is blocked or expires. You can update your personal payment information on your profile page at www.mitblad.dk
If you fail to update your personal payment details in time, your subscription fees will be charged via giro transfer. This form of payment will incur an additional fee amounting to DKK 49 per giro transfer form posted to you.
You may also choose to set up a direct debit covering your subscription payments. If you set up a direct debit, Story House Egmont A/S will ensure that the funds are automatically withdrawn from your account every time the subscription is renewed, unless your subscription has been cancelled in time.
If you choose to pay your subscription by giro transfer, Story House Egmont A/S will send you the giro transfer form in the post, either with your magazine or in a separate letter. Every giro transfer form incurs an additional fee amounting to DKK 49. You are kindly requested to pay the giro transfer no later than the stated payment date. If you do not pay, Story House Egmont A/S will send you a reminder in the post including an additional reminder fee amounting to DKK 100. We will send you a total of three reminder letters. Should you still refrain from paying your outstanding subscription payments, Story House Egmont A/S will instruct its solicitors to recover the total amount due from you.
For non-DK addresses, including Greenland and the Faroe Islands, a surcharge commensurate with the increased postage costs is added. Postage rates to specific countries are available on www.mitblad.dk
Campaign Offers
If you have not previously subscribed to a magazine, you may use any relevant campaign offers. If you have previously subscribed to a magazine, you may only use a new campaign offer six months after the conclusion of your latest subscription period. Circumvention of this rule may incur further payment and/or the termination of your subscription.
The Purchase of Gift Vouchers and Gift Subscriptions
Gift vouchers and gift subscription activation codes are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Gift vouchers and gift subscriptions are rendered null and void unless activated within this 12-month period. The expiration date is visible on your gift voucher, once the purchase is completed.
You may cancel the purchase of gift vouchers or gift subscriptions within 14 days of purchase. If you wish to do so, you must contact customer service. For further information, please see the section below regarding cancellation rights.
The possessor of a gift voucher may request a refund within 12 months and until the expiration of the gift voucher, if the gift voucher or gift subscription has remained unused, i.e. the gift voucher has not been activated. The refund will occur via bank transfer.
Gift vouchers and gift subscription are only valid in Denmark and may not be converted to other current offers.
Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel your subscription within 14 days of purchase. Your cancellation rights are valid from the moment you receive your first magazine or gift voucher activation code. If you have placed an order on Monday the 1st, you have until and including the 15th. If the deadline is on a Saturday, Sunday, bank holiday, Constitution Day, December 24th, or December 31st, you have until the following bank day to cancel your subscription. Your cancellation rights are valid if you send your cancellation notice before the expiration of the cancellation deadline.
You are only entitled to exercise your cancellation rights if you have not activated your subscription or gift voucher activation code, i.e. if you have not started reading a magazine, activated a gift voucher activation code, and/or downloaded a magazine or other content to your tablet or smart phone.
If you want to exercise your cancellation rights, you must – before activating the subscription and within the 14-day deadline – declare your unequivocal intent in writing to Story House Egmont A/S, Stroedamvej 46, 2100 Copenhagen, Denmark.
Story House Egmont A/S shall refund all your payments without unnecessary delay and under all circumstances no later than 14 days from the date of reception of your cancellation letter. Please note, that you are liable for any and all postal costs.
Cancellation
You may at any time cancel your subscription by the end of the current subscription term.
Should you wish to cancel your subscription any sooner – though minimum at a month’s notice – you must telephone Story House Egmont A/S. You cannot cancel minimum-term subscriptions, until the conclusion of the initial subscription term.
Subscription cancellations are carried out on your personal profile page at www.mitblad.dk, where the termination date of your current subscription period is also listed.
No payment or refusing delivery of a magazine do not not constitute a subscription cancellation and do not exempt you from payment.
Updating or Changing Your Personal Information
You must notify Story House Egmont A/S of updates or changes to your subscription, i.e. change of address, change of payment period, adding direct debit payment etc. on your personal profile page on www.mitblad.dk. You are responsible for any address changes, since Story House Egmont A/S is not automatically notified of such changes. Changes – including temporary or holiday address changes – must be made no later than 14 days before coming into force.
Offers including a Subscription Gift
If your offer includes a subscription gift, this will be emailed to you no later than three weeks after your payment has been registered.
If you buy an offer including a subscription gift, where the delivery address differs from the payment address, the gift is always mailed to the payment address, unless this is a non-DK address. Subscriptions for non-DK addresses will never include a subscription gift.
If you fail to retrieve your parcel within the deadline, Story House Egmont A/S may repost it to you at the cost of an addition postage- and handling fee amounting to DKK 75.
Your parcel will be delivered by GLS or Post Nord, so you must supply Story House Egmont A/S with the correct postal address, email, and mobile telephone number in order to ensure prompt delivery.
Story House Egmont A/S reserves the right to cancel out-of-stock subscription gifts.
If you gift a subscription to another recipient, the subscription continues until its cancellation unless otherwise stated in the offer. The original purchaser of the subscription will continue to receive future subscription bills.
Copyright
All content in print magazines and digital magazines, and including all other content related to the delivery of these services, remains the property of either Story House Egmont A/S or third parties. Copying, distribution, or other uses of this content is strictly forbidden without written consent from the content copyright holders. As a customer, you hold no rights to the commercial use, sale, re-sale, reproduction, distribution, or promotion of said content. You also hold no rights to any forms of use, which require a licence for public display. You are solely entitled to use the content on electronic devices at the disposal of yourself or members of your household. Unauthorised use may constitute a breach of current legislation, and Story House Egmont A/S reserves the right to legally pursue such infringements.
Changes and Amendments to Subscription Terms and Costs
Story House Egmont A/S may decide to change current subscription rates. Rate increases will only come into force for subsequent subscription periods. In order to avoid paying increased subscription rates, you may thus cancel your subscription by the end of your current payment term in accordance with the ordinary cancellation regulations of the subscription.
Story House Egmont A/S may decide to change or modify the subscription terms and conditions on www.mitblad.dk. You will receive a notification by email in case of significant changes. Under such circumstances, your subscription agreement may be cancelled at 14 days’ notice, commencing from the date these significant chances become effective.
Benefits Club
As long as you remain a subscriber, you are automatically entitled to discounts in the Benefits Club Shop. On www.mitblad.dk/fordele you will find products and events available for a limited time and in limited numbers only. Log in using your personal customer no. in order to activate your discount.
Story House Egmont A/S advertises new products and benefits from time to time. You may view your benefits in the magazine and on www.shop.fordel.dk.
Personal Information
Your personal information is treated and stored securely in accordance with current law. You have the right to access your stored personal information. You may change your personal information through your personal profile page on www.mitblad.dk. Read more about our handling and storage of personal information here.
Electronic Communication
When you buy a subscription, you concurrently give Story House Egmont A/S permission to contact you by email. Story House Egmont A/S may guide you in how to make the most of your subscription and inform you of any updates, changes, content etc. concerning the subscription. You may, at any time cancel these messages on either www.mitblad.dk, in the email, or by sending an email to: kontakt@mitblad.dk.
Disputes
Disputes must – if possible – be resolved amicably. However, if the parties are unable to reach an agreement, the dispute may be brought before a dedicated complaints board or be resolved in a Danish court of law in accordance with Danish law. You may log a complaint through The Danish Competition and Consumer Authority: www.klagonline.forbrug.dk. If a solution is not reached in cooperation with The Danish Dispute Resolution Institute, you may log a complaint with The Danish Consumer Complaints Board, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, www.forbrug.dk. You may also use the online complaints portal of the European Commission. This is particularly relevant if you reside in another EU member state. You access the site at: http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
